Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Ifwe are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayedby a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Ifthere will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we willcontact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Typically we ship using USPS, which is able to ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We may contact you if we are unable to verify the shipping address, or if we are unable to deliver to the shipping address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Youwill receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shippedcontaining your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activewithin 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

HyundaiTechnology​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied toyour order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are theresponsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

HyundaiTechnology​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost duringshipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact theshipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
